About

The Clock and the Cat is a metaphor I use to explain the phenomenon of complexity. It demonstrates the difference between situations that are complicated and those that are complex... situations that yield to linear, analytic management approaches and those that don't.

I speak about the Clock and the Cat and blog regularly about complexity.
